All orders submitted on our online store have to be paid by credit card before your order is executed. The goods are sent as quickly as possible on weekdays. By orders on holidays, the goods are not shipped until at workdays.
If the products are out of stock in Europe, please allow us to use about two weeks delivery time.
You will receive a specified order confirmation by E-mail. Without specified E-mail from your side, confirmation will not be sent. The goods will of course be sent to your postal address anyway.
Modification or cancellation of orders
If you want to cancel the order, this must be done before it is registered with us. All cancellations must be in writing. Send an E-mail to email@example.com to see if it is possible to cancel before the order is processed. If the order has already entered the shipping process, we regret to inform you that changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
If you still want to cancel your ordered goods at this time, you must send back the goods once you've got them. This must be arranged in advance via E-mail. Remember that product that is used or soiled will not be eligible for cancellation/exchange. As a customer you are responsible for all shipping costs on returned orders, with the exception of damaged goods. Cancelled orders are treated as return.
Damaged or deteriorated product
Should you unlikely receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via E-mail.
Lost products during shipping
Normally, a tracking number will be sent to you via E-mail after the order is processed. The shipping company is responsible for the transmission and can track its location. If you don’t receive your product, please contact the shipping company or us and we will help you with this.
It is our policy to send replacement goods for items that may be defective/damaged from the factory. We reserve the right to withhold this until we have received the returned product from the customer. Goods that are destroyed by the customer are not replaced, read more on the points below.
Varme Kle accepts only new and unused products returned for refund within 14 days of purchase. If the product was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact this company for a refund. A refund will be issued after the goods have been received and inspected by a representative of Varme Kle.
All products being returned and that are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price will be charged with the following deduction of purchase amounts: Possible shipping and handling charges. If we receive products without the return is approved by us, we reserve the right to send the product back to the customer for the customer's expense.
Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused and salable condition in original manufacturer's packaging. It should include all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. If a product is purchased from one of the Varme Kle’s dealers or a third party website, contact your retailer for a refund.
Shipments will not be made to PO boxes. Please provide a complete physical and delivery address in order to prevent any future delays on your order.
